Supporting Entrepreneurs in Emerging Economies
Entrepreneurs Across Borders is a global community connecting company founders in emerging countries with high-impact members.
Talent Is Everywhere. Opportunity Isn't.
Across the Caribbean, people are already building — selling from home, running a roadside shop, turning a skill into a living. What they're missing isn't talent or drive. It's access: to training, to capital, and to a community that has their back. EAB changes that by helping everyday entrepreneurs build businesses together — in communities where founders lift each other, so the progress lasts long after we arrive.
Who We Work With
Who We Work With
Micro and Emerging Entrepreneurs
Free training, mentorship, and a community that grows with you, through EAB Connect. Built for people getting started or growing what they've already begun — no formal business background needed.
Mentors and Business Leaders
Your experience helps spark a community that keeps building long after your session ends. Mentors don't do the work for entrepreneurs — they help them find each other and grow together. You can support entrepreneurs in as little as an hour.
Donors and Global Supporters
Your gift funds real community programs: training, asset-mapping, and launch support that turn local talent into thriving businesses.
Partners and Collaborators
Organizations across education, finance, technology, and international development can collaborate with EAB to expand their reach and deepen their impact. Partnership opportunities include co-branded initiatives, curriculum design, funding programs, and visibility collaborations.
Vision for 2028
By 2028, EAB aims to help build self-sustaining communities of entrepreneurs across Jamaica — where neighbors train neighbors and local businesses lift entire communities. Our goal: help 1000 micro-entrepreneurs launch or grow a business, and help 10 communities become engines of their own opportunity.
A Movement Rooted in Community
-
Entrepreneurs Across Borders is advancing a movement that supports economic self-determination through entrepreneurship.
EAB advances economic self-determination the way it lasts: through community. When entrepreneurs learn together, buy from each other, and share what they know, one person's progress becomes everyone's. From training and mentorship to peer support and local partnerships, every contributor helps a community build its own future.
