Nedra is a seasoned workforce development professional for a leading healthcare provider and non-profit health plan. She holds certifications in change management and strategic workforce planning. She earned her MBA and completed her professional in human resources certification while living and working in Nevada. Nedra's leadership experience was honed having worked for several Fortune 500 companies including TriNet Group, Arrow Electronics, and Hewlett Packard. She is a former Director of Workforce Readiness for the Nevada State Society of Human Resource Managers Council and a past board member of the Association of Talent Development.
