Our Business Mentors
Joining EAB means aligning with a global movement powered by trust, generosity, and the entrepreneurial spirit.
With as little as USD $5 (JMD $500), you can become a part of a growing community that helps bridge gaps in access, visibility, and belief. It supports founders who are often overlooked, not because of their potential, but due to their geographical location.
-
Step 1: Share Your Background
Let us know your experience, interests, and availability. No long forms or obligations.
-
Step 2: Get Matched
We use EAB Connect to align you with one or more entrepreneurs who need exactly what you offer.
-
Step 3: Show Up
As little as an hour of your time can go a long way, whether it’s a virtual brainstorming, Q&A session, or business review.
“Entrepreneurship is one of the most direct paths to economic opportunity, dignity, and lasting change. That’s what EAB is building—one connection at a time.”

FAQs
If you do not see the answer to your question below, please contact us.
Do I need international experience?
Not at all. If you’ve built or led a business, your insight is valuable.
What’s the time commitment?
While there isn’t a “minimum requirement,” we recommend mentors start with one hour a month. We work around your schedule.
Can I contribute without mentoring?
Yes! You can donate, share a skill, participate in a Jamaica-based experience, or apply to GEIN.
Can I get involved while visiting Jamaica?
Yes! We offer curated, high-impact meeting opportunities for travelers. Just let us know when you’re coming.
What’s the difference between general membership and GEIN?
GEIN is a premium membership with an annual donation of USD $1,000 that provides inside access to special networks, opportunities in Jamaica, and a deeper connection to our mission in a tangible way. General membership is available independently: you can become a member by donating as little as USD $5 or JMD $500 and taking the EAB Member Pledge.
